The CDF provides essential cell biology services to measure key characteristics of proteins you provide or that we make for you. For biotherapeutics, these depend on the use of a variety of cell lines and assays based on enzyme reactions, coupled reporters and various end point indicators. The resulting information can establish or verify protein mechanism of action. Additional assays include: protein stability, protein potency, protein toxicity and protein localization.
Microscopy Services
We offer a variety of microscopy-based services to meet your needs. These include the use of Epi-fluorescence, Confocal Fluorescence and Nomarksy Light Microscopy. In addition, we offer transmission (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) through in-house partnerships.
